When you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we process your name, email address, phone number and the information you give us about your enquiry, solely to respond to your request, manage your appointment and get in touch with you. Please do not include reports or detailed clinical data in this first contact.

Processing is based on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures requested by you. Health data processed in the context of healthcare is governed by the applicable health regulations.

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
